Fangshan Restaurant – Beijing: Founded in 1925, Fangshan Restaurant offers authentic royal cuisine. Ask the waitresses what each dish consists of and they will be able to tell you without a moment's hesitation. One popular dish is the Man and Han Whole Feast. This is not a meal like you’ve ever had before because it takes three days to eat six different meals. Diners have a choice of tasting all six meals or just some of them. Fangshan Restaurant is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11AM to 1:30PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10:30AM to 1:30PM. Dinner hours are from 5PM to 7:30PM Monday through Friday and from 4:30PM to 8PM Saturday and Sunday.

Wang Bao He Restaurant – Shanghai: During the Qing Dynasty in 1744 Wang Bao He Restaurant was founded. The name of the restaurant means King of Crab and Ancestor of Liquor. Wang Bao He Restaurant is one of the first liquor shops in China. Most famous for it’s Chrysanthemum Crab Feast, diners will feast on authentically unique Chinese cuisine.

Ma’s Shaomai Restaurant – Shenyang: With over 200 years of history, Ma’s Shaomai Restaurant has been welcoming visitors in day after day. They are well known for their stuffed steamed dumplings which are handmade by traditional techniques. The dumplings are first wrapped and then cooked to look like a crystal.

Niucheshui Restaurant – Nanning: If you’re in the mood to try dishes that you may never have thought of eating then dining at Niucheshui Restaurant is a wonderful choice.
